Mapletree Industrial Trust announced the resignation of Non-Executive Director Wendy Koh Mui Ai, effective Jul, 30 2026.

The manager of the Singapore-listed real estate investment trust said in a Jul, 17 2026 filing that Koh is stepping down after leaving her role as Group Chief Financial Officer at sponsor Mapletree Investments to pursue other interests.

With her departure, the board and its committees will be reconstituted from Jul, 31 2026. Cheah Kim Teck will continue as Non-Executive Chairman, while Andrew Chong Yang Hsueh remains Lead Independent Non-Executive Director and chair of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee. Pok Soy Yoong will continue to chair the Audit and Risk Committee, which also includes Andrew Lee Tong Kin and William Toh Thiam Siew.

Other directors on the board are Chan Chia Lin, Eng-Kwok Seat Moey, Soo Yar Ping, Noorsurainah Tengah, Chua Tiow Chye and Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Ler Lily.

The board expressed its appreciation to Koh for her contributions during her tenure.
