YCIH Green High-Performance Concrete Company Limited (stock code: 1847) announced the appointment of Ms. Wang Fang as deputy general manager. The Board determined that her term of office would commence on January 29, 2026, until the expiry of the third session of the Board. Ms. Wang will be eligible for reappointment upon the conclusion of that term.

Ms. Wang, aged 47, joined the Company in December 2023 and currently serves as chairwoman of the Labor Union, an executive Director (employee Director), and a member of the Party Committee. She has extensive experience in Party Mass work and labor union management. Her professional background includes positions at Yunnan Engineering Construction General Contracting Company, Yunnan Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Yunnan Dianzhong Construction Investment Co., Ltd., and YCIH Pavement Engineering Co., Ltd. She holds qualifications such as senior engineer and class 2 constructor (mechatronics), and has received various honors, including recognition as an “Outstanding Cadre of Communist Youth League of Yunnan Province.”

The Board noted that Ms. Wang has no relationship with any Director, senior management, substantial shareholder, or controlling shareholder of the Company, nor does she hold any directorships in other listed companies during the past three years. The Board welcomed Ms. Wang to her new role, stating that her remuneration would be determined in line with applicable regulations and market standards.
