China Starch Holdings Limited has adopted new dissemination procedures for shareholder materials, effective 11 September 2026, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A.

Under the revised framework:

• Routine corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, results announcements, circulars and proxy forms—will be released exclusively on the company’s website (www.chinastarch.com.hk) and on HKEX’s platform (www.hkexnews.hk). The company will no longer issue separate notifications when these documents are uploaded, placing full responsibility on shareholders to monitor the websites for updates.

• Actionable corporate communications—documents that require shareholder instructions or elections—will continue to be distributed individually. Non-registered holders who prefer to receive such materials via email must provide an email address to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited).

• All previous standing requests for printed copies are now void. Shareholders may re-apply for physical mailings at any time by submitting a new Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited via email (3838-ecom@vistra.com) or post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong). Each request remains valid until 31 December of the calendar year in which it is lodged, unless revoked or superseded earlier.
