Bulletin Express
04/20

Bonjour Holdings Limited (Bonjour Holdings) has appointed Mr. Wong Kai Chi, 54, as Executive Director, Vice-Chairman of the Board and Co-Chief Executive Officer, effective 20 April 2026. Concurrently, the incumbent CEO, Mr. Wong Iu Ming, will transition to a Co-CEO role, forming a dual-leadership structure to steer the Group’s operations and strategic development.

Mr. Wong brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience. Since April 2017 he has served as founder and managing partner of a private investment firm focused on healthcare and AI education. His prior executive posts include Bloomberg L.P. (2014–2017), Wells Fargo (2009–2014) and General Electric (1998–2007), where he oversaw management, corporate finance and controllership functions across the Asia-Pacific region.

The new Co-CEO will receive a fixed remuneration of HK$0.10 million per month—equivalent to HK$1.20 million annually—plus an annual discretionary bonus and potential share-based incentives, as approved by the Board on recommendation of the Remuneration Committee. Either party may terminate the contract with no less than three months’ written notice, and Mr. Wong will be subject to rotation and re-election at least once every three years in accordance with the Listing Rules.

Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and an MBA from Deakin University, and has been a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (Australia) since 2015. He currently serves as an independent non-executive director of Hypebeast Limited and holds several community leadership roles. The announcement confirms he has no shareholding in Bonjour Holdings, no related-party relationships, and no additional directorships in listed companies during the past three years.

The Board extended its welcome to Mr. Wong as it continues to enhance governance and leadership depth within Bonjour Holdings.
