Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (ATAT.US) saw its shares climb more than 6% to $37.12 in Tuesday's trading session after the company reported robust full-year and fourth-quarter earnings for 2025. The stock had risen as much as 9% earlier in the day.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, Atour recorded net revenue of approximately RMB 2.788 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 33.8%. Net profit reached around RMB 478 million, up 44.7% compared to the same period last year. Adjusted net profit was approximately RMB 493 million, a 48% increase, while adjusted EBITDA grew 60.9% to about RMB 712 million.
Key operational metrics for the lodging business showed a mixed picture in Q4 2025. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) was RMB 335.7, a slight decrease of 0.36% year-over-year. Average daily rate (ADR) rose 1.48% to RMB 426.4, while the occupancy rate was 76.1%, down 0.9 percentage points from the prior year period.
For the full year 2025, Atour reported revenue of approximately RMB 9.79 billion, a 35.1% increase compared to 2024. Net profit grew 27.4% to about RMB 1.621 billion. Adjusted net profit was RMB 1.753 billion, up 34.2%, and adjusted EBITDA increased 40% to approximately RMB 2.481 billion.
