CEB GREENTECH (01257) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HK$3.4 billion, representing a decrease of 3.01% year-over-year. Profit attributable to equity shareholders reached HK$191 million, marking a significant increase of 32.56% compared to the same period last year. Basic earnings per share stood at HK$0.0923, and the company proposed an interim dividend of HK$0.028 per share.

According to the announcement, during the review period, the combined revenue from biomass comprehensive utilization, hazardous and solid waste treatment, environmental remediation, and photovoltaic and wind power generation segments totaled approximately HK$3.4 billion. Construction service revenue amounted to approximately HK$46.488 million, declining 74% from the previous year, while operating service revenue reached approximately HK$3.19 billion, representing a 1% increase year-over-year.

Analyzing revenue by nature, construction services, operating services, and financial income accounted for 1%, 94%, and 5% of total revenue, respectively.
