According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 4th, ESR Asset Management (Prosperity) Limited sold 80,000 shares of Prosperity REIT (HKEX: 00808).

The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$1.4314 per share, resulting in a total consideration of about HK$114,500.

Following this disposal, the firm's total shareholding in the real estate investment trust now stands at approximately 120 million shares.

This represents a holding of 7.53% of the issued share capital of the trust.
