Victory Giant Technology (HuiZhou) Co., Ltd. has scheduled its second extraordinary general meeting for Monday, 29 June 2026.

To determine shareholder eligibility to attend and vote, the company will close its register of members from Wednesday, 24 June 2026 to Monday, 29 June 2026, both days inclusive. During this five-day period no share transfers will be processed.

H-share investors must lodge all transfer documents and share certificates with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 23 June 2026.

A formal circular, notice of meeting, and proxy form detailing the agenda, venue, and resolutions will be distributed in accordance with the company’s articles of association, PRC law, and Hong Kong listing rules.

The board is chaired by Executive Director Mr. Chen Tao and currently comprises four executive directors, one non-executive director, and four independent non-executive directors.
