Omnibridge Holdings Limited released its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, reporting a swing to loss amid softer demand from public-sector clients and a cautious hiring environment in Singapore.

Financial Highlights • Revenue fell 18.2% year on year to S$19.32 million, driven mainly by a S$4.06 million contraction in human-resources outsourcing income to S$19.23 million. Recruitment revenue dropped 79.7% to S$0.05 million.

• Gross profit slipped 43.0% to S$0.96 million, while the gross margin narrowed to 4.9% from 7.1% a year earlier.

• Other income declined 38.5% to S$0.48 million, reflecting lower government subsidies—especially a reduced contribution from Singapore’s Progressive Wage Credit Scheme—and the absence of prior-year operational support income.

• Total staff costs decreased 16.6% to S$19.53 million, helped by headcount optimisation. Administrative and other operating expenses were cut by 15.0% to S$1.68 million.

• After S$0.17 million in depreciation and S$0.01 million in finance costs, the Group posted a pre-tax loss of S$0.27 million, versus a S$0.14 million profit in the prior-year period. No tax expense was recognised, compared with S$0.06 million previously.

• Bottom-line result was a net loss of S$0.27 million, translating into a basic and diluted loss per share of 0.05 Singapore cents, compared with earnings of 0.01 Singapore cents a year earlier.

Balance Sheet and Cash Flow • Cash and cash equivalents stood at S$19.73 million at 30 June 2026, marginally lower than S$20.14 million at end-2025. Current assets of S$27.99 million outweighed current liabilities of S$4.85 million, producing a robust current ratio of 5.8x.

• Lease liabilities totalled S$0.11 million, keeping the gearing ratio low at 0.5%. Net assets slipped to S$23.24 million from S$23.51 million six months earlier.

• Operations consumed S$0.38 million in cash, compared with an inflow of S$0.06 million in the prior-year period, mainly due to lower profitability and working-capital movements.

Dividend The Board has resolved not to declare an interim dividend (1H 2025: nil).

Operational Developments Management attributed the revenue downturn to reduced outsourcing volumes from Singapore government agencies and a muted private-sector hiring climate, which also curtailed recruitment placements. In response, the Group streamlined costs, refined project selection toward higher-margin engagements, and strengthened payroll, compliance and employer-of-record capabilities.

Capital Management and Investments Other financial assets, comprising quoted fixed-income funds measured at fair value through profit or loss, were valued at S$2.34 million, reflecting a S$0.06 million fair-value loss during the period. Fixed deposits of S$0.75 million remain pledged. No significant capital commitments, acquisitions or disposals were reported.

Outlook Management expects workforce solutions demand to remain “selective” as clients emphasise flexibility and cost efficiency. The Group plans to maintain operational discipline, focus on margin-accretive outsourcing and specialised recruitment mandates, and continue investing in technology upgrades while preserving liquidity.
