On Friday, the three major U.S. stock indices closed collectively higher. Hong Kong Hang Seng Index ADRs also advanced. On a proportional basis, the index finished at 26,636.73 points, up 223.38 points or 0.85% from its previous close in Hong Kong. Most major blue-chip stocks recorded gains. HSBC Holdings PLC (HSBC) closed at HKD 137.775, an increase of 2.59% compared to its Hong Kong close. Tencent Holdings finished at HKD 531.758, rising 1.87% from its Hong Kong settlement price.
