TATA HEALTH (01255) announced the resignation of Su Jiamin as Company Secretary, effective July 15, 2025. Concurrently, she ceases to serve as the Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules and as the Authorized Representative for legal documents under Section 16 of Hong Kong's Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules.
