China In-Tech Limited has signed a written agreement with the vendor to extend the proposed completion date for its property acquisition from 31 July 2026 to 31 December 2026, citing additional time needed to satisfy the outstanding conditions precedent.

All other terms of the acquisition agreement remain unchanged. The company’s board states that the revised timeline is not expected to generate any material adverse impact on current business operations.
