CHINASILVER TEC (00515) announced that it has received a letter from the Stock Exchange dated December 18, 2025, in which the Exchange set out (among other things) the following resumption guidance applicable to the company: publish all outstanding financial results as required by the Listing Rules and address any audit modifications; demonstrate the company's compliance with Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules; and inform the market of all material information for shareholders and investors to assess the company's status. The letter also stated that the company must satisfy all resumption guidance, remedy the issues leading to the trading suspension, and fully comply with the Listing Rules to the satisfaction of the Exchange before its securities trading can be resumed. In this regard, the company bears the primary responsibility for formulating its resumption action plan. Trading in the company's shares remains suspended.
