The company recently received a "Notice Regarding the Change of Continuing Supervision Sponsoring Representatives for Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp." issued by China International Capital Corporation (CICC).

Mr. Sun Yingzong, the original sponsoring representative for the company's 2022 private placement to specific targets, will no longer serve in this role due to a work transfer. To ensure the orderly progression of the continuing supervision work, CICC has appointed Mr. Wang Zhuyan to succeed Mr. Sun Yingzong as the continuing supervision sponsoring representative for the company.

Following this change, the continuing supervision sponsoring representatives for the company's 2022 private placement are now Mr. Chen Yiliang and Mr. Wang Zhuyan.
