On 16 July 2026, Nayuki Holdings Limited disclosed a repurchase of 220,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, executed at prices between HKD 0.71 and HKD 0.72, for a total consideration of HKD 0.16 million. The volume equates to 0.013 % of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction.

Following the buyback, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.69 billion, while treasury shares increased to 18.56 million. The total issued share count remained unchanged at 1.71 billion, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The purchase forms part of the mandate approved on 24 June 2026, under which Nayuki is authorised to repurchase up to 169.84 million shares. Including the latest transaction, aggregate repurchases under this mandate stand at 9.41 million shares, representing 0.55 % of the issued share base as at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Nayuki is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 August 2026.
