QYUNS-B Executes HK$15.99 On-Market Buyback; Issued Float Dips to 223.37 Million Shares

Qyuns Therapeutics Co., Ltd. (QYUNS-B) disclosed a minor share repurchase under Hong Kong’s Main Board Rule 13.25A for 17 July 2026. The company acquired 1,000 H-shares on the Stock Exchange at a single price of HK$15.99 per share, spending HK$0.02 million in aggregate.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) eased to 223.37 million, down by 0.00045%. Treasury shares increased to 3.70 million, maintaining the total issued share capital at 227.07 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which allows QYUNS-B to buy back up to 22.44 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 0.99 million shares, representing 0.44% of the shares outstanding at the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, QYUNS-B is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 August 2026. The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all Main Board requirements and that no material changes have occurred in the previously filed explanatory statement.
