NEW AMANTE (08412) announced its annual results for the year ended May 31, 2025, reporting revenue of approximately HK$38.838 million, representing a decrease of approximately 56.5% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to owners of the company was HK$4.882 million, down 71.52% year-on-year.

According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was primarily due to the cessation of operations of the night club "FAYE" on August 4, 2024, following the expiry of its lease agreement.

The improvement in losses was mainly attributed to reduced operating expenses including marketing costs and staff costs following the closure of the night club "FAYE"; the reversal of trade receivables written off in the previous corresponding period; and decreased property rental and related expenses resulting from the disposal of Wanchai Amante Shop.
