MOG DIGITECH (01942) has announced that Mr. Zhou Jieting will step down as the company's authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, effective from 30 July 2026.

The company's executive director, Mr. Zhou Yue, has been appointed as the authorised representative, also effective from 30 July 2026.

Changes to the composition of the Nomination Committee have been implemented as of 30 July 2026: Mr. Deng Zhihua has resigned as chairman of the Nomination Committee; independent non-executive director Mr. Gao Hongxiang has been transferred from member to chairman of the Nomination Committee; and independent non-executive director Mr. Qiu Dongcheng has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
