ValueMax Group launches fourteenth 3-month commercial paper on SDAX

ValueMax Group Limited announced on Sep, 16 2026 the launch of its 3-month Series 014 commercial paper issuance on the SDAX Exchange.

The notes, issued as digital securities under the SDAX Commercial Paper Facility Programme, carry an interest rate of 3.2% per annum and will mature in roughly three months from their issue date.

ValueMax expects to raise between 10 million and 70 million Singapore dollars from accredited and institutional investors, with the final amount to be set by the board based on investor demand.

The company said it will provide further updates on any material developments related to the programme and the new issuance.
