Scholar Education Group disclosed that the trustee of its Share Award Scheme bought 318,000 shares on-market on 29 April 2026. The transaction, executed at an average price of HK$1.63 per share, cost approximately HK$0.52 million and represents about 0.047% of the company’s issued share capital.

Following the purchase, the scheme trustee holds 10.38 million shares, equal to 1.54% of total shares outstanding. Management reiterated the view that the current market valuation undervalues the business and signalled that further purchases may be instructed when conditions are deemed appropriate.

The board will continue to determine future grants and vesting conditions for selected participants under the scheme.
