Vongroup Limited announced a delay in releasing its audited annual results for the financial year ended 30 April 2026. Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.49(1), the Company was required to publish its preliminary results by 31 July 2026, but additional time is needed to complete audit procedures, obtain external confirmations, and finalise valuation reports.

The auditor informed the Board that the outstanding confirmations and valuation reports are beyond management’s direct control. Vongroup’s management has provided full cooperation, and the Board stated that efforts are underway to release the audited figures as soon as practicable. The delay is not expected to affect the timing of dispatching the FY2026 annual report.

At the Company’s request, trading in Vongroup shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be suspended from 9:00 a.m. on 3 August 2026, pending publication of the FY2026 annual results. Further announcements will be issued as updates become available. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
