Magic Atom and JD.com have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement. The partnership will focus deeply on consumer-grade embodied products and key application scenarios such as education, inspection, and guided tours. Centered on joint technological research, collaborative product development, shared scenario expansion, and co-building an ecosystem, the alliance aims to establish a comprehensive, full-lifecycle cooperation framework. This framework will cover research and development innovation, product incubation, scenario implementation, and channel sales alongside service operations, jointly propelling the large-scale commercial deployment of embodied intelligent robots.

Both parties have agreed that during the collaboration period, they will jointly invest in products, supply chain, and resources. The goal is to strive for Magic Atom brand product sales on the JD.com platform to reach a scale of 10 billion yuan.

At the signing ceremony, representatives from both sides indicated they will fully leverage Magic Atom's innovative strengths in embodied intelligent technology R&D and robot industrialization. They will also harness JD.com's platform advantages in supply chain, channels, services, and ecosystem development. This will involve continuously deepening resource coordination and capability co-construction to jointly explore new models and pathways for the development of the embodied intelligent industry.
