Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (CG Services) reported a net issuance of 0.92 million ordinary shares in April 2026, lifting its outstanding share count to 3,257.31 million.

The increase stemmed mainly from share-option exercises under the HK$5.01 option scheme, which generated HK$4.45 million in cash proceeds and added 0.89 million shares. An additional 34,473 shares were issued on 9 April as consideration shares at HK$46.17 each.

No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the month, and total authorised capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion shares with a par value of USD0.0001.

Following these transactions, CG Services confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement.
