CHINA AEROSPACE (00031) announced that it expects to record a net loss of approximately HK$75 million to HK$95 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025, compared to a net loss of HK$59.093 million for the same period in 2024. The company expects revenue of approximately HK$2 billion for the period, representing an increase of about 10% compared to the same period in 2024.

According to the announcement, the main reason for the further expansion of net loss during the period was the decline in commercial property leasing demand in mainland China, which led to losses from the decline in fair value of the company's investment properties that were higher than the same period in 2024. The increase in revenue during the period was mainly attributable to the growth in revenue from the company's technology industrial business.
