In response, Guo stated that China has repeatedly articulated its position on artificial intelligence matters. He emphasized that Beijing consistently believes all parties should work together to promote the open, inclusive, and universally beneficial development of AI, ensuring it serves the common good.

Guo further underscored that advancing AI in a direction that prioritizes fairness and positive impact aligns with the shared interests of the international community, urging constructive dialogue and cooperation to address associated risks.
