A youth talent exchange event and specialized job fair for graduates in Hebei Province, titled "Leading the Future—2026 National City Joint Recruitment Xiong'an New Area Youth Talent Exchange," was held in Xiong'an New Area on May 15, offering a total of 7,724 job positions. The event was co-organized by the National Talent Mobility Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. A total of 205 employers participated, covering multiple industries such as telecommunications and electronics, education and training, real estate and construction, and high-tech sectors. The event featured several specialized services: first, a "Hebei Employment·Hundred Enterprises Live Job Broadcast," which selected 21 high-quality companies and invited human resources (HR) representatives from these employers to participate in live broadcasts, providing detailed introductions to company profiles, job requirements, and compensation benefits. During the broadcasts, job seekers could ask questions via live comments, receive real-time answers, and submit resumes directly. Second, a "Live Walkthrough Job Introduction" service was provided to offer real-time information about employers and job positions at the venue for those unable to attend in person. Additionally, an "AI Employment Empowerment Zone" was set up at the event, utilizing artificial intelligence technology to provide one-stop job search support for job seekers, including smart resume optimization, precise job matching, simulated interview training, and career planning assessments, all aimed at assisting job seekers through digital means.
