Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust said on Apr, 27 2026 that Yovav Carmi will step down as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the boards of its two managers, Stoneweg EREIT Management Pte. Ltd. and Stoneweg EBT Management Pte. Ltd., with effect from the same date.

The trust added that Frank Khoo, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of Chair of the Sustainability Committee on Apr, 27 2026, succeeding Carmi.

Following these changes, the board committees of the managers will comprise: • Audit and Risk Committee – members: Lim Swe Guan, Kuan Li Li (Chair), Christian Delaire Marie Delaire, and Frank Khoo Shao Hong. • Nominating and Remuneration Committee – members: Lim Swe Guan, Kuan Li Li, Christian Delaire Marie Delaire (Chair), Frank Khoo Shao Hong, and Jaume Sabater Martos. • Sustainability Committee – members: Lim Swe Guan, Kuan Li Li, Christian Delaire Marie Delaire, Simon Robert Garing, Jaume Sabater Martos, and new Chair Frank Khoo Shao Hong.

The managers said Carmi joined the board in Dec, 2024 to support the transition after the change of sponsor and is stepping down as the transition has been largely completed.
