Doumob released its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, highlighting a modest revenue increase and a reduced net loss amid industry headwinds.

Revenue and Profitability • Revenue rose 7.6% year on year to RMB 19.99 million, supported by growth in the self-owned brand segment. • Net loss attributable to shareholders narrowed to RMB 9.20 million from RMB 11.85 million a year earlier. • Basic loss per share improved to RMB 0.0040 (2025 Interim: RMB 0.0052). • Gross profit fell 80.4% to RMB 1.04 million, with gross margin sliding to 5.2% (2025 Interim: 28.7%) due to higher procurement and operating costs.

Segment Performance • Marketing services contributed RMB 12.99 million, accounting for 65.0% of total revenue, down from RMB 15.51 million in the prior-year period. – Online marketing revenue declined to RMB 9.05 million (45.3% of total revenue). – Offline marketing revenue edged up to RMB 3.94 million (19.7%). • Self-owned brand sales more than doubled to RMB 6.89 million, lifting their share of group revenue to 34.5% (2025 Interim: 16.1%). • Three customers each generated over 10% of total revenue during the period.

Cost Structure and Expenses • Cost of sales climbed 42.9% to RMB 18.95 million, reflecting higher media procurement expenses for online marketing. • Selling and distribution expenses decreased 34.9% to RMB 3.27 million following staff and organisational streamlining. • Administrative expenses contracted 7.6% to RMB 7.05 million, aided by lower intangible-asset amortisation and limited renovation spending.

Financial Position and Liquidity • Total equity fell to RMB 15.92 million as at 30 June 2026 (31 December 2025: RMB 26.45 million), primarily due to operating losses. • Net current assets declined to RMB 13.12 million (31 December 2025: RMB 23.62 million). • Cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB 16.33 million, down from RMB 23.27 million at year-end 2025, reflecting working-capital outflows. • Gearing ratio rose to 52.2% from 38.8% six months earlier, following a contraction in current assets; bank borrowings remained at RMB 10.00 million.

Operational Highlights • The company embedded AI tools across product selection, scheduling and customer service, which helped lower selling expenses and refine cost structures. • Meal-replacement and light-food lines under the self-owned brands continued to show high repeat-purchase rates and rising brand recognition. • Marketing services expanded into health-consumption sectors, maintaining a stable revenue base despite softer industry growth.

Strategic Outlook Management will: 1. Deepen investment in self-owned meal-replacement and light-food products, explore offline channels and widen scenario coverage. 2. Broaden cooperation with health-focused brands to stabilise marketing-services income. 3. Accelerate AI deployment in content generation, smart product selection and user insights to drive long-term efficiency and unlock new revenue streams.

Dividend No interim dividend was declared for the period.

Governance Update Following governance adjustments, founder Yang Bin remains Chairman while Yuan Limin was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 6 March 2026, aligning the company with Hong Kong’s Corporate Governance Code requirement to separate the roles of Chairman and CEO.
