According to an official announcement from the company, CAOCAO INC signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Dazhong Transportation (Group) Co., Ltd. on August 3. The partnership focuses on the Robotaxi mobility service sector, leveraging each side's strengths in autonomous driving technology, vehicle operations management, and urban transportation services.

The collaboration aims to explore new models for large-scale Robotaxi operations in Shanghai and the broader Yangtze River Delta region, supporting the high-quality development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry. The agreement outlines a phased approach to cooperation, starting with joint demonstration operations that address operational qualifications, vehicle management, platform integration, ground support, and safety services.

Once regulatory conditions and operational maturity are achieved, the two companies plan to advance to large-scale Robotaxi fleet cooperation, continuously refining business models and operational systems to enhance intelligent mobility service capabilities.
