DTECH (HKEX: 01377) began trading today following its initial public offering. The company set its IPO price at HK$3.80 per share, issuing a total of 126.32 million shares in lots of 100. The net proceeds from the offering are approximately HK$4.665 billion. In early trading, the stock opened down 13.77%, trading at HK$3.30 with a turnover of HK$200 million.

According to its prospectus, DTECH is a leading integrated supplier of precision manufacturing solutions. It provides tools, materials, and smart equipment for key processes in the global printed circuit board manufacturing value chain, including drilling, milling/forming, and other related precision manufacturing processes. Data from Frost & Sullivan indicates that, by sales volume, the company is the world's largest supplier of drill bits.

Historical Performance and Market Share

During the track record period, based on drill bit sales volume, the company ranked first globally in 2023, 2024, and 2025, with respective global market shares of 26.5%, 26.8%, and 29.2%. In terms of sales revenue from PCB drill bits, the company was ranked first globally in 2023, second in 2024, and returned to the top position in 2025, with market shares of 21.4%, 20.8%, and 22.9% for those years, respectively.
