GOLDWIND (02208) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Goldwind International Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited ("Goldwind International") and Goldwind Morocco (SARL) ("Goldwind Morocco"), have signed a "Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Agreement" with energy company Energie Eolienne du Maroc ("EEM") as joint suppliers.

Under the agreement, Goldwind International serves as the offshore supplier, responsible for turbine supply and China port consolidation and shipping services in the contract. Goldwind Morocco acts as the onshore supplier, handling cargo reception at the destination port, domestic transportation within the project country, turbine installation, hoisting, commissioning, and subsequent operation and maintenance services, while providing corresponding wind turbine availability guarantees.

GOLDWIND has signed a "Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Guarantee Agreement" with EEM to provide guarantees for Goldwind International and Goldwind Morocco's performance responsibilities and obligations under the aforementioned "Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Agreement."

The total guarantee amount shall not exceed $29.5616 million USD (equivalent to approximately RMB 209.97 million), of which the guarantee amount for Goldwind International is $25.423 million USD (equivalent to approximately RMB 180.6 million), and the guarantee amount for Goldwind Morocco is $4.1386 million USD (equivalent to approximately RMB 29.3954 million).

The guarantee period extends from the signing date of the "Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Guarantee Agreement" until the complete fulfillment of the sellers' (Goldwind International and Goldwind Morocco) responsibilities and obligations.
