EDA GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (the 「Company」) issued its monthly return for the period ended October 31, 2025. The authorized share capital of the Company remained unchanged at 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each, totaling USD 10,000,000. At the close of the month, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) also remained at 442,930,500, with no adjustments recorded.

The Company’s Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme, adopted on May 14, 2024, showed 28,127,500 share options outstanding, while its Post-IPO Share Option Scheme, also adopted on May 14, 2024, provides for up to 21,997,000 shares. No new shares were issued during October pursuant to either scheme.
