Hung Fook Tong Holdings Limited (01446) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, revealing a net loss attributable to shareholders of HK$11.942 million. This represents an increase of 9.47% compared to the same period last year, while revenue for the group reached HK$289 million, reflecting a slight decline of 0.97% year-on-year. The company also reported a loss per share of 1.82 HK cents.

According to the official announcement, revenue from the Hong Kong retail segment decreased to HK$223 million, marking a 1.4% drop from the HK$227 million recorded in the first half of 2025. In contrast, the wholesale business saw a modest uptick, with revenue rising to HK$66.1 million, up 0.5% from HK$65.8 million in the corresponding period last year.

Despite the challenging market environment in both Hong Kong and mainland China, the group attributes its overall stability and resilient performance to steady customer demand and enduring brand loyalty. The slight overall decline in revenue underscores the company's ability to maintain operational consistency amid headwinds, even as profitability pressures persist.
