The company announced it has entered into a strategic collaboration alliance with Bora Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.. This alliance will be established on a broad, multi-faceted cooperative framework. The specific collaboration details will be further discussed and finalized in a definitive agreement to be signed by both parties. If fully implemented, the potential total value of this partnership could exceed US$2.5 billion.

It is understood that the proposed cooperation under this alliance will be defined through subsequent negotiations and the signing of a final agreement between Insilico Medicine and Bora.
