The retailer encourages all registered shareholders to review the digital (Website Version) of the Annual Report 2025 and future corporate documents to enhance efficiency and reduce paper consumption.

Shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the online documents, or who prefer physical copies, may request free printed versions. To do so, they must complete and sign the enclosed Reply Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Alternatively, requests can be emailed to 493-ecom@vistra.com.

The notice emphasizes that shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address. Without a functional address on record, investors will receive hard-copy notifications and actionable corporate communications until an email address is supplied.
