This volume represents approximately 6.19% of the company's total issued share capital as of the date of this joint announcement.

No valid acceptances were received by the offeror for the convertible bonds offer.

Taking into account the offer shares for which valid acceptances were received, along with the shares already held by the offeror and its concert parties, the combined holding amounts to 270 million shares.

This aggregate holding is equivalent to approximately 59.15% of the company's total issued share capital as of the date of this joint announcement.
