JOIN-SHARE (01543) announced that its board of directors has been informed by Foshan Financial Investment of an agreement. On January 5, 2026, Foshan Financial Investment entered into an equity transaction contract with six investors, all of whom are independent third parties. According to the contract, Foshan Financial Investment has agreed to sell a total of 60 million of the company's domestic shares to these six investors for a total consideration of RMB 76.914 million. The transaction is conditional and will only be finalized after the Guangdong United Equity Exchange Center receives the payment from the investors along with the relevant service fee and issues a transaction certificate. Following the completion of the share transfer, Foshan Financial Investment will remain the company's single largest shareholder and a major shareholder, directly and indirectly holding approximately 24.1558% of the company's issued share capital as of the date of this announcement.
