On 16 April 2026, Youzan Technology Limited announced the current composition of its Board of Directors and the membership of its three core Board committees.

The Board now consists of four Executive Directors—Mr. Zhu Ning, Mr. Yu Tao, Mr. Li Shaojie and Ms. Li Qingyang—and two Independent Non-executive Directors—Dr. Fong Chi Wah and Mr. Deng Tao.
