Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital remained at HKD 500.00 million, representing 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each. • Issued shares stood unchanged at 2,711.53 million, with no treasury shares held or cancelled during the period. • Consequently, total issued share capital continued at HKD 271.15 million based on par value, underscoring a steady capital base.

Public Float Compliance The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares, ensuring adequate market liquidity.

Equity Instruments and Potential Dilution • Share Option Scheme (adopted 26 April 2024): No options were outstanding or exercised in September; however, the scheme still permits issuance of up to 240.17 million additional shares. • No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuing arrangements were outstanding or initiated during the month.

Fund-Raising Activity No new shares were issued, and no proceeds were raised from option exercises in September.

Governance Confirmation The filing, signed by Company Secretary Xue Peng, attested that all regulatory and listing-rule requirements were met for the period reviewed.
