China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited (CTII) announced that its 2026 Interim Report, dated 18 September 2026, is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/ctii) and on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who prefer printed copies or a language version different from their current choice can submit a signed Change Request Form to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The form may be returned by post—postage-free within Hong Kong—or by email to is-ecom@vistra.com.

CTII allows shareholders to modify their communication preferences at any time by giving at least seven days’ written notice to the registrar. Those who encounter difficulties accessing electronic documents may request printed versions free of charge.
