Seazen (01030) disclosed that its subsidiary, New Metro Global Limited, announced the results of the offer to purchase 11.88% guaranteed senior notes due 2027. As of the 4:00 p.m. (London Time) expiration deadline on March 5, 2026, a total of US$83.77 million in aggregate principal amount of the notes was validly tendered via preferred instructions.

New Metro Global Limited will accept US$65.97 million in aggregate principal amount for purchase. This amount includes US$13.97 million validly tendered by non-affiliates as well as US$52.00 million from affiliates. Accrued interest is US$51.15 per US$1,000 principal amount of the outstanding notes. The payment for accepted notes and accrued interest is scheduled on or around March 10, 2026.

Following cancellation of the purchased notes, the outstanding principal amount will be approximately US$94.03 million.
