HTSC (06886) announced that Huatai International Finance Limited, a subsidiary of its wholly-owned offshore subsidiary Huatai International Financial Holdings Limited, issued three medium-term notes under its offshore Medium-Term Note Program. The program, established on October 27, 2020, has a maximum aggregate principal amount of US$3 billion (or its equivalent in other currencies) and is guaranteed by Huatai International. On April 23, 2026, Huatai International Finance issued the three notes with amounts of RMB 500 million, US$85 million, and US$60 million, respectively. Based on the USD to RMB exchange rate of 1:6.9194 as of March 31, 2026, the total guaranteed amount is equivalent to RMB 1.503 billion.
