TIANGE Buys Back 39,000 Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 3.59 Million

Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Limited (TIANGE) disclosed that it repurchased 39,000 ordinary shares on 23 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 0.61 and HKD 0.62, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.6126 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 23,890. Post-transaction, the company is holding 3.59 million shares as treasury stock.

Following the buyback, TIANGE’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased marginally by 0.00353 % to 1.10580 billion shares. Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remain unchanged at 1.10939 billion.

The purchase was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 110.94 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 3.59 million shares, representing 0.32 % of the issued share count on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, TIANGE is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing, selling, or transferring any shares until 23 October 2026.
