ZG Group announced the joint rollout of NextB2B, positioned as the first full-process AI Agent solution on Tencent’s WorkBuddy platform. The initiative integrates Tencent’s general-purpose AI workspace with ZG Group’s domain expertise in B2B trading and distribution.
NextB2B comprises four enterprise-level intelligent modules—procurement, sales, back-office operations and operational management—that collectively address product sourcing, business expansion and risk control. Planned A2A (Agent-to-Agent) functionality will enable autonomous dialogue and transactions between enterprise Agents, connecting participants via a unified ATP protocol.
Key product capabilities include: • Automated supplier price comparisons based on specified models and requirements • AI-assisted quotation, customer follow-ups and historical deal tracking • Real-time counterparty risk screening covering corporate registration, litigation and public sentiment • Monitoring of abnormal orders, overdue receivables and potential title-of-goods risks • End-to-end support for inventory, funds, reconciliations and invoicing • Auto-generated operational reports plus continuous alerts on market changes and transaction risks
The service adopts a tiered pricing structure. The basic version is priced at RMB20,000, with optional value-added modules and Token top-ups billed separately according to usage, account numbers and functionality requirements.
ZG Group has secured three AI-related patents and, in 2025, recorded transaction value exceeding RMB150.00 billion. Annual data resources include more than one million structured order records and over 100 million unstructured chat records, which underpin the AI training and workflow design of NextB2B.
Management expects the collaboration to monetize accumulated data and technological assets through software subscriptions, value-added services and Token consumption, while extending Tencent WorkBuddy’s AI task-execution capabilities into core B2B trading scenarios.
Shareholders and prospective investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares and warrants and to remain cognizant of market risks.
