MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced the successful close of its Series 003 and Series 004 digital security tokens under its unsecured commercial paper programme of up to 200 million Singapore dollars on Mar, 12 2026.

The Series 003 Notes raised 63.30 million Singapore dollars, while the Series 004 Notes raised 25.26 million Singapore dollars, bringing total gross proceeds to 88.56 million Singapore dollars.

Both series will be listed on the ADDX Exchange on Mar, 13 2026.

Related parties subscribed for 41.52 % of the Series 003 Notes and 64.37 % of the Series 004 Notes.
