WMCH Global Investment Limited (Stock Code: 8208) has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 27 February 2026 to seek shareholder approval for changing its English name from “WMCH Global Investment Limited” to “Radiance Global Group Holdings Limited” and adopting “永通萬國集團控股有限公司” as the dual foreign name. The proposal requires a special resolution at the EGM and subsequent approval by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.

According to the announcement, the board considers that this move will provide a refreshed corporate image, reflecting the company’s diversifying development strategy. The proposed change will not affect shareholders’ rights or daily operations. The stock code will remain 8208, and existing share certificates will stay valid for trading and registration.

Subject to approval, the new name will become effective when the certificate of incorporation on change of name is issued.
