Independent non-executive director Ms. Huang Lin has been appointed to replace Mr. Wang Jian as chairman of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee. Mr. Lin Zheming has submitted his resignation as non-executive director due to his decision to devote more time to other work commitments. Mr. Lai Wenjing has submitted his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the company due to his decision to devote more time to other work commitments.
