Beijing Announces Advanced Private Enterprises for Employee Care, Including JD, Xiaomi, and Meituan

According to the "Notice on the National Advanced Private Enterprises in Employment and Social Security and the Recognition of Employee Care for Mutual Benefit" (No. 14 [2025]), issued by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Beijing Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Beijing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions have conducted a selection process based on principles of openness, fairness, and justice. The process involved bottom-up recommendations, tiered evaluations, competitive selection, and democratic optimization.

Recently, the preliminary review results from the National Advanced Private Enterprises in Employment and Social Security and Employee Care for Mutual Benefit Recognition Working Group have been released. The recommended candidates (including alternatives) are now publicly listed (see attached list). The public notice period runs from December 15 to December 19, 2025.

Any objections should be submitted to the Beijing Office of the National Advanced Private Enterprises in Employment and Social Security and Employee Care for Mutual Benefit Recognition Working Group during the notice period. Objections must be fact-based and submitted under official letterhead with a company seal if representing an organization, or with a personal signature and valid contact information if submitted by an individual.
