FOLANGSI (02499) has announced the results of its recent general meeting and subsequent board meeting.

Following approval at the general meeting, Mr. Hou Zekuan, Mr. Hou Zebing, Mr. Qian Xiaoxuan, Ms. Ma Li, and Mr. Zhou Limin have been appointed as executive directors of the fourth session of the board of directors. Mr. Li Hanchi has been appointed as a non-executive director. Mr. Jiang Fucheng, Ms. Hou Yu, and Mr. Du Lizhu have been appointed as independent non-executive directors.

Additionally, Mr. He Xiaocheng and Ms. Liu Xiaoli were appointed as shareholder representative supervisors to the fourth session of the supervisory committee, as approved at the general meeting.

At the board meeting held immediately after the general meeting, Mr. Hou Zekuan was elected as the chairman of the fourth board of directors. His term is three years, effective from June 25, 2026, and will last until the conclusion of the fourth board's tenure.

During the same board meeting, the directors approved the appointment of Mr. Hou Zebing as the company's general manager. Mr. Hou Zebing's term and his status as a senior executive will also commence on June 25, 2026, for a period of three years, aligning with the term of the fourth board of directors.
