Sunac Services’ current authorisation permits the repurchase of up to 304.90 million shares. After the 27.17 million shares acquired to date, about 277.73 million shares remain available under the mandate. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues until 13 August 2026.
